Characteristics of this wine:

Bright and yellow pale colour with gold and green glints. Fine and subtle aroma of citrus, white flowers, with some smoky scents. Harmonious and with great volume on the palate. Dry and mineral finish, persistent. Aftertaste of crispbread, dry almond, nutmeg.

Terroir:

Limestone scree on blue marls.

Ageing: Fermentation and maturation on lees in new French oak barrels for 5 months.
