These general conditions of sale are applicable to all wines sold by Château Bizard.

They are applicable in their entirety for any contract concluded between Château Bizard and its customers in France, whatever the place of delivery.
No derogation from these conditions may be accepted without the written consent of Château Bizard.
Any condition contrary to these general conditions of sale posed by the buyer, in its general conditions of purchase or in any other document, will be unenforceable against the seller, whatever the amount where it may have been brought to his attention.

1 - Orders and execution

Any order made with Château Bizard is final for the customer upon receipt by Château Bizard of an order form (or any other support showing order). The unavailability of a product due to a stock shortage, its deletion from the site will not result in any cancellation of the global order and will not give right to any compensation from Château Bizard.

The products presented on the website www.chateaubizard.fr are offered for sale, for the territories of metropolitan France and Corse.

2 - Price

The prices are stipulated all taxes included but excluding transport costs. All duties and taxes currently applicable or which may become applicable will be invoiced in addition. 
The wines are sold port not included. The port is free from 300 €.
The wines are supplied at the prices fixed on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of receipt of the order.
Prices are subject to change without notice. If delivery has not taken place within one month, the prices invoiced will be those in force on the day of delivery.

3 - Payment Terms

The prices offered on the website are prices including tax.
Only by bank card, you are directed to the secure website of our financial partner. The bank authorization request is encrypted, like a conventional transaction with a credit card terminal.
A confirmation of payment is established by Château Bizard and sent by email once the amount of the order has been paid.

4 - Withdrawal period

The consumer has a withdrawal period of 7 days from receipt (by him) of the wine ordered.
If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, Château Bizard reimburses him the sums paid, without charge within 15 days of receipt of the returned goods (accompanied by a written request for refund).

5 - Terms of delivery

The delivery times indicated by Château Bizard are given as an indication. No compensation may be granted to the customer in the event of non-compliance with these deadlines, no order may be canceled without the express agreement of Château Bizard. Any order with delivery to the International is not possible.
5-1 -transport costs
Transport costs are defined and communicated by Château Bizard on the website and will be payable at the same time as the invoice.Free shipping is granted for any order over 300 €.

5-2 -wine reception
Any complaint will only be valid if it is made within 48 hours of the delivery of the wines to the customer. It must be made by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to Château Bizard and the transporter. In the absence of production of these elements, no claim will be accepted.
The customer will mention the usage reserves on the delivery slip. It will be up to the customer to provide any justification as to the reality of the anomalies noted.

6 - Return of wines

Defective wines must be returned to us in their original packaging. The offending wine must be returned in the state by the buyer to Château Bizard at his expense and risk.

7 - Retention of title

Château Bizard retains ownership of the wines sold until actual payment. Does not constitute payment within the meaning of this clause, the delivery of a title creating an obligation to pay (draft or other). Failure to pay may result in the claim of wines. From delivery, the above provisions do not preclude the transfer to the buyer of the risk of loss or deterioration of the goods as well as the damage they may cause. Jurisdiction is given to the Commercial Court of Valence for any dispute between the parties with application of French law.

8 - Information

The customer declares to have read and fully accept the general conditions of sale of Château Bizard. By express agreement between Château Bizard and the client, these GTC are governed and subject to the application of French law.

9 - Protection of minors

In accordance with article L.3342-1 of the public health code applicable to websites selling alcoholic beverages on the Internet, which stipulates that the sale of alcohol to minors under the age of sixteen (16) is prohibited, the customer undertakes to certify that he is of the required legal age by checking the appropriate checkbox when ordering.
