Characteristics of this wine:

Deep magenta red colour with purple glints. Aromatic and rich, expresses scents of black fruits - blackberry, sloe, cherry - underscored by notes of liquorice. Retro-olfaction of ripe fruits and spices. Well-structured, fina and coated tannins. A very pleasant wine, cajoling and mellow.


Limestone scree on blue marls.

Ageing: Concrete vats for Grenache and French oak barrels for Syrah.
To serve with:
